Will Peeler get the boot?
Last week's episode was packed with drama. There's still tension between Rebecca and Jackie, Jackie was trying to hook up Renessa after she found out Renessa had a dream about her, and Peeler took the boys on a man-trip.
I felt that Rebecca was spurring Renessa and Jackie on. I think deep down, she'd like to see Brianna out of the picture, and what better way than for Jackie to cheat on her. In my mind and Rebecca's, what happens on Olivia Cruises, won't necessarily stay on the ship. I expect rough times in tonight's episode between Jackie and Brianna.
Off the ship, (Brian) Peeler thought it would cool for the guys to get away for a day and participate in the Mud Run down in Camp Pendleton. Why not have a day for the guys to play in the mud while the girls float somewhere on the Pacific.
Peeler was full of himself as the guys made their way to the Marine base, expecting to run circles around the other trainers, especially the newbies. What actually happened couldn't have been scripted better. About a mile in to the run, Peeler was slowed down with cramps in his calf, and they didn't go away. The guys, completed the race in 9th but couldn't time in without Peeler. Around 15 minutes after the last trainer hit the finish line, Peeler could be seen in the distance. Running slower than molasses.
Regardless, the guys had fun in the mud, and gals, well, they had fun in the bar (a couple of them, more than the others, apparently).
In tonight's episode, Peeler and Jackie face off about the event to honor Doug. In my mind, Peeler is walking a fine line. He needs to be reminded that he doesn't wear the pants at Sky Sport. Will Jackie send him that reminder? We'll see.

I am such a big fan of this show. I always thought Jackie was a fair and respectful boss and owner. I was so disappointed with how she let one of her employee "Lisa" be so unprofessional to any client. I can't believe how Jackie responded to Brian and didn't deal with Lisa actions. Very disappointed and sick to my stomach. I can't believe you let her make fun of a person recovering from breast cancer. I understand you didn't know, but that is making excuses. Your action make me sick to my stomach. My mother just got diagnosis with breast cancer. This is her biggest worry is how will people react to her. Will they make fun of her? No one has the right to criticizing anyone. How can you set in your office having the attitude of holier than thou. Why wasn't anything done to Lisa? I understand you and Brian didn't get along, but he never disrepected a client. You always put your clients feeling first and incourage them. Why did you stop now?
before i even heard the lady had cancer i was suspect. f people who are holier than thou. i totally lost all respect for jackie in this episode. lisa is a beast. jackie's sky lab is a joke. wow. i was a big fan before. hollywood is gross.
I cannot believe what I just saw!! Jackie has fired the man who encourages me to WORKOUT!!! Peeler really makes me laugh, cry and of course WORKOUT! It really seems to me that Jackie has always on Peeler's back about something even when Doug passed, she never understood the brotherhood that they shared. So shame on you Jackie! I loved Peeler and would hope that you would re-think what you did to his life and possibly yours!
As for Gregg, well my bruh understand that this was not your fault! I have a firm belief that if she really wanted results from the SkyLab then she would have begun before you got there and still be going even when you had left. Its a shame that people don't advantage of this great opportunity to work with a great trainer!

seriously, i am so sick of pretentious aholes thinking it's ok to make fun of people who are there to get help. superficial jerks. i'm not watching the show anymore.

I cannot believe Jackie sat in that office with a holier then thou attitude after making fun of someone who had cancerwhether she knw that or not ,that client is paying her bills.
Jackie said she didnt know who Brians client was but she is in about every womens fitness magazine out there RIGHT NOW!!( I thought Jackie was all about fitness) Hmmm....
This show is not about working out and making someone feel better about themselves, it is about Jackie and and how much she loves her self.
If she really understood customer service you would know that clients are priceless and businesses are nothing without them.
If I owned a gym instead of a salon I would Hire Brian on the spot .He has something Jackie will never have...its called Integrity.
Also never been so compelled to write about a TV show. Shame on Jackie and her lackie for (1) allowing negative comments to be made about women, especially those dealing with self image, (2) encouraging bad behavior to fester at her gym, (3) viewing her clients as walking dollars and not human beings, (4) punishing a person who did nothing wrong when in fact she and her lackie were the ones at total fault. I guess the policy at Skysport -- is submit your picture and health records for approval before joining our club otherwise you will be ridiculed and humiliated. Go Peeler -- open a similar gym next door and put her out of business. Maybe Mimi saw the real Jackie that we were never allowed to see.

After the last episode aired, she wrote this bulletin on myspace:
"Last nights episode-to clear up a couple of things. I did not make a derogatory remark about Brian Peelers client on camera or off-camera. The only reason he tried to bring it up to me on camera is to villainise me and set me up for something I didn't do. Lisa did not know this woman had cancer and made a comment about her breasts which she apologized for. I have dealt with cancer personally as well as watched my mother struggle with it so I am very sensitive about this disease. I have been employed in the past and in a million years would not have behaved the way Brian behaved with me. I can't imagine raising my voice or refusing to leave my boss' office when asked politely to do so. I feel totally justified in firing him. I have always personally disliked him but was forced to continue to employ him because he was chosen by the producers for the show. Please remember that this is a show and that 90% of the beautiful and inspiring work we did was left on the cutting room floor. The producers decided (regretably) to create through editing a very different and what I think a very negative show. This season is not in any way a reflection of what I or SkySport represents. I have spent a great part of my life trying to heal and am just as floored as you, the viewers, by the negative editing.
On a lighter note, I thought Erica looked beautiful during her shoot and it was a great self-esteem builder. Gregg B and Deenie are just not fitting! SkyLab is challenging and getting off to a rocky start but some powerful changes are yet to come.

Jackie, thats a WHATEVER!!! I have delt with my obesity for over 20 years and Brian was a light for me to start working out and getting back in shape for the other half of my life! The best thing for you to do is rehire Brian!! Thats it and thats all!
Jackie sucks. I'm am so tired of her authoritarian attitude. She is a terrible role model and a horrible person. Her reaction towards Brian was irresponsible, overly aggressive and tiresomely immature. I no longer even want to watch the show to see her act like an idiot. She is ruining the show and I am tired of her thinking everthing is about her and only her.
Well it took me a while to really sit and watch last nights show but I finally did ... thats a whatever.. and after I really thought about it and watched, I have come up with this; Jackie wants everyone to bow down to her! For some reason she really believes that she has built that gym with her bare hands when in fact that the gym only runs if you have people who care and work, no for you, but work for the common good. That myth about management being 99% Mental and 1% Physical is important and needs to be implemented throughly through the gym. Also, for some reason I know why she was so upset with Brian. Who in the world want to see women kissing everytime you turn on the television. Brian spoke his mind and Miss Jackie doesn't care about anyone else but Jackie. Maybe thats why Andre left and Kat. All and all, I am so tired of this mess that I think I just might sign the petition to kill this show. I just don't believe you need to run a business based on if your staff accepts you being a lesbian and your controlling ways. God has blessed you with this business.. what are you doing to thank him for it?
