If you haven't noticed, new posts have been a bit, well, lacking. And for that, I offer my apologies. I don't let this happen too often, but it appears I got caught up in a bit more than I could chew for a couple of weeks. With that, however, I'm back and revved up for the continuing saga that is Work Out.
In the words of Greg Plitt, "And every single one of you has enriched my life, and I hope that maybe I've enriched your life, and I think we've all enriched each other's lives through the process." It would seem that Plitt did some enriching in Renessa's life.
After watching that, I'm convinced Renessa didn't have to try too hard to play Britney in that little skit in the bar. They're night came to a close as Agostina and Gregg watched Greg and Renessa rush off to his room. "I saw a man in his underwear and someone who was very happy to see him in his underwear," says Gregg. I couldn't have said it better myself. I'm trying to figure out what happened with Erika. I thought there might be something there. I guess I was wrong.
The kicker for me was Renessa's comments after her 'apology' to Jackie for coming to boot camp with dry mouth:
"I apologized, but at the same time, I'm thinking, "I'm a grown woman. I don't have to apolo — I'm of age." It's unrealistic for people to see someone like me and think that I run 20 miles a day and that I never kick back. It's much more inspirational for people to see that, "Oh look. Oh, she can have a good time, too, and still … she can have it all!" Even Greg. [giggles]
What? I don't know about you, but I've never been inspired by a grown woman, with half a brain, getting smashed and laid, all while having an 11-year old at home and knowing she has to be at work at 5:00am. Yea, that's inspiring. Not.
Plitt, as punishment from Jackie, gets assigned Deenie for the Sky Lab project. I guess Deenie and the other Greg just weren't 'bonding.' Greg doesn't quite get it. But he will.

Last week's episode introduced us to Jackie's potential work out video. She wanted time to think it over, but was told now or never. So she agreed to do it. She gathered the troops to let them know. Really, it was only a matter of time before we'd see Warner's rockin' abs on our television screens, pushing us to keep going. C'mon, you can do it!
According to SkySportSpa.com, Jackie’s Work Out DVD will hit the shelves on May 20th ($14.98)! Jackie states, "The DVD is unique in that the workout truly mimics a personalized one-on-one training session with me. Function, Form, and Fatigue are the goals and the format is highly personalized, so that viewers feel as if they were right here at Sky Sport training!"
Well, after some snooping, I found that the DVD's will be available for shipping on May 20th. Jackie's new site (www.JackieWarner.com) has more information about the workout DVD as well as ordering capability. Check it out for yourself.

Jackie and Peeler finally have it out. I have to tell you, I'd be just as upset as Peeler in that situation. I've not been a big fan of his, but I think the least Jackie could've done was simply apologize. But, from what I've seen of the show from the beginning, she doesn't hand those out very often. And this time was no exception. In fact, I believe was looking for the last straw, to finally give her that leverage to tell Peeler to buzz off. The result: Peeler shouts some profanities and rages out of her office, the gym, and Jackie's life.
In the meantime, Lisa, the little twit (cam you tell I don't like her) seems to get paid simply to take tabs on everyone in the gym, clients and trainers. And she sure has a gift to speak whatever is on her mind. Right or wrong.
I was disappointed in Gregg and how he's been handling the situation with Deenie. I know she's high-maintenance, but that's what you get paid to do. Maybe I'm wrong? I was even more disappointed in Jackie siding with Gregg on the matter, all the while making the client feel like she's not good enough, she's not paying enough, and just not important enough for her, much less Greg. Hello! Jackie, business 101, the client is king.
Okay, so what is the deal with Greg (Plitt) and Erika? They're both delicious and quite frankly hotter than Angelina and Brad. Well, maybe not that hot, but they're right up there. And, Greg actually seems like a nice guy. Hrm, do I sense some chemistry? Only time will tell. And, the photo shoot? Well, I think that went well too.

Last week's episode was packed with drama. There's still tension between Rebecca and Jackie, Jackie was trying to hook up Renessa after she found out Renessa had a dream about her, and Peeler took the boys on a man-trip.
I felt that Rebecca was spurring Renessa and Jackie on. I think deep down, she'd like to see Brianna out of the picture, and what better way than for Jackie to cheat on her. In my mind and Rebecca's, what happens on Olivia Cruises, won't necessarily stay on the ship. I expect rough times in tonight's episode between Jackie and Brianna.
Off the ship, (Brian) Peeler thought it would cool for the guys to get away for a day and participate in the Mud Run down in Camp Pendleton. Why not have a day for the guys to play in the mud while the girls float somewhere on the Pacific.
Peeler was full of himself as the guys made their way to the Marine base, expecting to run circles around the other trainers, especially the newbies. What actually happened couldn't have been scripted better. About a mile in to the run, Peeler was slowed down with cramps in his calf, and they didn't go away. The guys, completed the race in 9th but couldn't time in without Peeler. Around 15 minutes after the last trainer hit the finish line, Peeler could be seen in the distance. Running slower than molasses.
Regardless, the guys had fun in the mud, and gals, well, they had fun in the bar (a couple of them, more than the others, apparently).
In tonight's episode, Peeler and Jackie face off about the event to honor Doug. In my mind, Peeler is walking a fine line. He needs to be reminded that he doesn't wear the pants at Sky Sport. Will Jackie send him that reminder? We'll see.
